Depression and anxiety are nothing to be ashamed of and at times we may have short periods of anxiety or depression that we recover from reasonably quickly. Other times these feelings linger for longer periods. There are some that experience depression or anxiety as a recurring theme in their lives. You may be feeling that life is just too difficult to manage.
